The Canadian Dollar is dated 1973 and has Ottowa above the date. Also, I am wondering where the date is on the 1 Pound Bill. Or are they not dated? Finally I have some other 1 Pound notes their serial numbers are:
78J 368007 This one has 84+36=12 (someone forgot the 0) over the watermark. Other than that it is in the same condition as the bill pictured.
The next one is 14B 698781 and is in the same condition as the bill pictured.
The last one is 64L 312615 and is in the same condition as the bill pictured.

--They are not dated, you can only find out the year printed by looking up Chief Cashiers name, denomination, and the design. But even that is not 100%.
