How many times have I ask my friends who go to Jamaica to let me sneak into their luggage for a free trip? Every time. Yet no one has every let me. Oh well at least I get coins from them. Got this one a while ago and when I first looked it up I was very disappointed to see it has little exchange value...and still does not.

Only 75 cents? For a $20 coin? My brain does not compute.
I meant to tell you, the other day I was organizing things and I ran across a 1983 one pound coin. I don't recall asking you about it in the past, but I might have. Even still...is it anything special?

--Exchange value is at 23 cents.
1983 one pound coin about $1.55, see this one has better exchange value since Britain is a more stable country.
Ah, I suppose that makes sense.
I also have this 1943 coin that is about the size of a dime. I'm not sure if I've asked you about it before, either. My apologies if I have...I'm putting it in my collection of foreign coins now, so I won't be asking again!

British 1930 Six Pence
About $1.30 it looks cleaned but even if not this is a common type.
50% silver at least.
So the what looks to me like a die crack doesn't have much effect on the value?
So the what looks to me like a die crack doesn't have much effect on the value?
It may be major die break but it was fairly common during those days.
The crack is may be a result of cleaning damage. When tumbling and heating a coin at banks the can develop these types of cracks.
Assuming it is a real crack the harsh cleaning killed all value.
Others like this sell for $50 or more if uncirculated.
