I found these two Canadian cents in my pocket change today.
This brings my found Canadian coins to 251. Most of which are not worth much. They must be in a high grade to be sold or bought by dealers.

The oldest Canada cent I found was from 1943 at VG-8 it's worth $0.10, at MS-63 it's $25.00. The only low grade Canadian penny that is valued high a 1955 variety at about $85.00.
Sidenote: I've been using a scanner get a picture of my coins but I think I might try my camera to get more details I never did learn how to properly use the scanner, why start now.

Sounds like a rotated reverse error average is $5.00 if less than 180 degree and in uncirculated.

Yes it is a medal but I cannot seem to find from when or where I know on the bust is the initials HF but I cannot link to any famed designer.

Probably not original, and assuming each coin is at least fine then $2.00 per coin, the roll itself does not add value unless the date also says 1932. Then double the price.

Yes, technically even a quick dip is bad.
But there are some ways to remove dirt gently try coin forums to see which ways are best.

Artificial toning, pitting, and under microscopes there is a slight change in the surface metal.
That said yes it is possible to use certain cleaning solutions and have them pass grading.
NGC is more lenient about this than PCGS.

Pure acetone and distilled water and dabbing with a clean towel is the standard.

Nothing special about 1978 quarters being matte, frosted, or other surface changes.
It just sounds damaged maybe by heating which also changes the metal.
No extra value.

Assuming American the 1949 nickels were common but they were mostly not sharp. The entire run was dull with few details meaning those that are very-fine or better carry a slight premium. The majority are fine or lower.
I assumed yours are at least very-fine if you see no sharp details then lower the value by half.

I think it is an error quarter at about $50.00, but I also have some bullions coins but I do not know there current values.

1956 cents were solid copper so it coould not be "stripped".
It could have been plated silver which is damage and has no extra value.
It also could be an Off-Metal error that is worth hundreds.
It must be weighed to find out.
