I should take a day trip to Canada just to dump a whole bunch of U.S. coins into circulation. Seriously 11 days without any post-worthy finds makes this little cent very welcomed.

I live in Canada and I can tell you that copper coins begin to be rare here in Canada. This coin can have a good value in 100 years Actually, 1-cent coins are made of Steel and Copper Plated.

I have found a strange Canadian coin. It looks like it is an error coin, as if one coin was struck in error then another was put over top of the front and then the two were banded together. It is a 1970 Elizabeth, 1 cent coin but it is minted in what looks like maybe nickel possibly. Just curious if this is rare?
