The NYINC will feature a bourse area consisting of 100 of the leading specialists in world and ancient numismatics and will be held on the 18th floor meeting room level of the Waldorf Astoria. Our event will also include a full range of educational programs and meetings as well as multiple auction sessions cataloged and conducted by several of the leading numismatic houses in the world, including Heritage Galleries and Auctioneers; Gemini, Ltd.; Classical Numismatic Group; Baldwin’s Auctions, Ltd; M&M Numismatics; Dmitry Markov; La Galerie Numismatique and Ponterio and Associates, Inc.
Auction lot viewing will open on Saturday, January 5. Auctions sessions will be held Sunday, January 6 through Saturday, January 12. The bourse area will open from 2PM-7PM on Thursday, January 10 for the Professional Preview. For a $100 registration fee, payable on site, Professional Preview attendees will have access to the bourse area prior to the regular public admission hours to the bourse. The Professional Preview is open to both collectors and dealers without booths.
The NYINC bourse area regular public hours will be:
Friday, January 11 10AM-7PM Saturday, January 12 10AM-7PM Sunday, January 13 10AM-3PM
Public admission is $10 for a three day pass valid throughout the event. Children 16 and under with an adult are admitted free of charge. A $5 admission discount coupon valid Friday-Sunday may be printed by clicking here.

the top edge border is almost completely gone but the bottom looks nearly normal on the front.
on the back, the top edge is also gone but the bottom edge/border looks much larger than normal.
The bill is in very good condition

It's not a collectible error unless a piece of another bill is showing.

I work at a bank and I ran across a $20 bill from 1934. Of course I kept it! It's in decent shape. I was just wondering the value of it? Do you have any suggestions of other "odd" money that I should keep? I keep my eye out for Silver Certificates but don't see many! I recently had a $20 bill from 1950 as well but didn't hang on to it... Also, would a $2 bill from 1976 be worth keeping any more than a new one? Thanks!

Most bill before 1950 has some extra value and of course any errors are good. Also star notes of any year.

Except for perfect notes the only circulated note worth a premium is the 1950-E.
$2 bill from 1976 be worth keeping any more than a new one?
Any $2 bill before 1976 has a premium but from 1976 to now the are only valuable in great or higher condition.

A complete 1967 set has two albums with 48 tokens in each album for a total of 96.
Or in 4 blue notebooks of 24 each.
The half set is about $75.00 but most places sell them for $100.00 or more in the original package.

ReplyDeleteAbout 2 pounds British you may have overpaid but not by much, I'm assume XF-40 (excellent) yours may be a grade or two higher.
