This does have machine doubling but that never adds value so this is still a low value coin.
Nice coin has some permanent fingerprint which happens on nearly all coins. The oils, acids, and just normal chemistry on are hands will "rust" all types of metal even certain precious metals. In higher grades this would lower value but for circulating or rare coins it wouldn't matter much.
