Do you have a currency note and want to find out its value? Leave a comment and I will do my best to find out the price and history for you.

I have 2 $2.00 bills serial #'s are 1. Bo6769716A
2. B22146751A
Can you tell me how much each one is worth??
How can I find this info. out without bothering you in the future?
Thank youP

I assume you’re talking about a 1976 note. All 1976 notes that span serial numbers
B00 000 001A to B67 200 000A are worth about $3.50 in Crisp Uncirculated condition each.

Here is the best sight I know for currency

But it is only an overview. Feel free to ask here anytime you want it is why I made the site I have to currency books so it's not a big deal.

Thanks for the visit.

  1. what do you think the best coins for starting a collection are?

  2. I started collecting Wheat pennies but then I quickly turned to foriegn coins.
I suggest start with lincolns and if you want to spend a little money try halves the older Franklins are affordable and you can get the entire series.
I'll post more in a minute.

If any are less the uncirculated then just $2.00.

The serial has a star at the end instead of a letter.

    Ex:

    A00325033* about $4.00

Again this was done by some outside company or person.
The gov't did not make any $2 bill for 2003A with a HAWAII overprint.
Feel free to post pictures somewhere and link them here but there has never been any modern currency with such an overprint.

The full serial number would be better as 1999 had some rare star notes.

whats the best way to find wheat pennies and identify errors (coin and bill)

Finding wheat cents is best by roll hunting which is buying them from banks taking out the wheaties then returning the regular cents to the bank.

Ebay is good but too many of them have already been sorted for good cents.

As for errors you first have to learn the basic and buying an error book or magazine is the easiest way.
That said search online for error forums or dealer is also good since they have great images and descriptions, even if their value is wrong.

Also go with your gut if something seems wrong with a coin or bill there is a good chance you have an error.

This is very intriguing as I thought $2 was $2! Although not completely showing through, it shows through about the amount as if you took any new dollar out of your wallet and held it to light. You can plainly see heads of the sudience members and papers on the desk from the back, every marking on the backside is visible from the fron the front, you can actually read "states" in reverse.

As for value, if it is indeed worth this much, where would be a reputable place to have this bill verified and appraised as such?

  197. I have a 2003 2dollar bill from Federal Reserve of Minneapolis Minnesota I23683113 B with a silver "s" stamped on the back right next to the gentleman sitting down in his chair. Go down a little there is a solitary number 8 right above the s in the word dollars. There are 9s on the front and above the lower right 9 it has a FWG3 above it. I can be reached at oceanthinker73@gmail.com OES
